Eco-friendly media center with the natural ecology of Hwacheon

华川的自然生态与影像相结合的自然亲和的媒体空间

 
An eco-friendly media center located on the water city, Hwacheon, was created by a combination of the ecology and media. It plays two important roles. First, it supportsmedia activitiesfor the development of the local media culture. It provides the public with lessons in the image production process as well as leasing equipment to do various activities. Second, it offers educational programs and exhibitions about ecology for students and the public. It has a Water Theme Park, Eco Exhibition Hall, Water Science Experience Center and Water Drop Theater.

华川生态影像中心是位于水城华川的影像媒体中心。生态与影像媒体相结合形成自然亲和的媒体空间。这里的作用大体分为两个。第一是为了发展地区影像文化而扶持影像活动。向地区住民讲授影像制作方法，租借专门装备的同时，租赁上映系统等，展开各种影像活动。第二是针对学生与普通市民的生态教育，准备了展示空间与教育节目。华川生态影像中心的水主题公园、生态展示馆、水科学体验馆、水滴上映馆等，充实地起到作为亲环境媒体教育体验设施的作用。

Various outdoor facilities also attract tourists. There is a constellationfloor fountain plaza patterned on “Cheonsangyeolchabunyajido”,which is one of the oldestastronomical charts of the Joseon Dynasty, the paddling pool with fountain decorated with a trout, which is a symbol of Hwacheon, and the ecological pond decorated with various aquatic plants such as reeds, lotus and irises.

在华川生态影像中心的室外也有各种设施受到访客的关注。通过按照世界上最古老的天文图之一的朝鲜时代「天象列次分野之图」做出的星座喷水广场、利用象征华川的山泉鱼的喷水戏水空间、芦苇与莲花、菖蒲、莲花等各种水生植物组成的生态莲池等，可以感受到华川生态与自然的情趣
