在幸州山城美丽的风景中祈求的新年愿望
New Year Festival takes place to welcome a hopeful new year in Haengjusanseong Fortress, Goyang-si from 5 am to 9 am, on January 1. The top of Haengjusanseong Fortress is the best place to watch the first sunrise of the New Year with the beautiful scenery. It opens to the public without any permission, also, admission and parking are all free. Haengjusanseong Fortress opens the door from 4:30 am. It gives a chance to make delight memories of the New Year to provide some performances, such as releasing balloons with a wish, and fireworks.
在高阳市幸州山城，每年1月1日凌晨5点到9点之间，华丽展开迎接充满希望的新年的日出庆典。幸州山城山顶因为可以眺望秀丽的景致，堪称欣赏新年第一个日出的最优场所。无需另外申请，任何人都可以参与，而幸州山城在当天凌晨4点30分钟开始开放大捷门，并免收观赏费与停车费。包括各种演出，展开放新年愿望之风筝、火花娱乐等多彩的节目，在祈求新年愿望的时候激动的心情，给我们留下美好的回忆。
