有一段时间是被禁止，也是象征冷战的DMZ。到了春天也会春暖花开，夏天从茂密的树叶缝隙中传来风声，秋天落下的厚厚树叶下，冬天的雪不知不觉就落下来了。因这里人迹罕至，所以一直保存着大自然原有的生态，四季也是格外分明。
