Every fisher in the capital must have visited the Baekhak Reservoir. It is where you can draw your fishing rod whilst taking a look at the marvelous natural view of 22.9 hectares surrounded by the mountains. It prohibited public entrance until the year 1989, but it started development as the civilian control line escalated to the north, and fishing ground was formed starting 1990. Receiving much interest from fishing lovers for its abundant breeds of fishes like carp, crucian, and catfish, Baekhak Reservoir has another characteristic. It is that you can see the wonderful scenery of white egrets flying in groups around the reservoir. The look of the egrets like snow sitting on the pine trees around the reservoir as a shelter makes you another worthwhile reason.
如果是生活在首都圈的钓鱼爱好者，是一处值得去的白鹤水库。这是22.9ha规模的广阔面积，四方由众山环绕的安静而秀丽的自然景观中钓鱼的地方。1989年为止，被指定为民间人限制区域，不允许普通市民出入，但随着民间人警戒线北移而开始开发，1990年度开始建设钓鱼场。鲫鱼、鲤鱼、皮鲤鱼、鲶鱼等鱼类丰富，深受钓鱼爱好者喜爱的白鹤水库，还有另一个特征。在水库周围，雪白的白鹭成群飞来的壮观也是一个美好的风景。围绕水库的松树与红松作为栖息地的白鹭群的情景，给来访白鹤水库的人们感受到另一个意义。
